It is a 50 m² open-plan studio. An open bookcase screens the sleeping area with the double bed from the living area with the sofa bed.
Is there parking?
Yes, in the building, for €25 per day, suitable for all cars. Just let us know in advance.
Can I arrive after 10 pm?
Yes. Check-in is from 3:30 pm and is also possible after 10 pm at no extra charge. Please tell us your arrival time in advance.
What time is check-out? Can I leave my luggage?
Check-out is by 10:00 am. You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Is there a lift? Is it accessible?
The apartment is on the first floor with a lift; there is 1 step between the street and the lift. The shower is walk-in. The apartment is not certified as accessible.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Parties and stag or hen parties are not allowed.
How good is the Wi-Fi? Can I work there?
Wi-Fi is free, with a speed of about 400 Mbps measured by the owner. There is a desk.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, air conditioning and heating.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and tableware.
Is there a washing machine and dryer?
Yes, both, in the bathroom lobby. There is also an iron and ironing board.
How much does it cost and what are the extras?
From €120 to €250 per night depending on season and number of guests; the calculated total also includes final cleaning. The city tourist tax is paid separately. Get the price for your dates.

How does payment work?
You pay the full amount at the time of booking, by bank transfer or PayPal (also by card, without a PayPal account). The booking is confirmed once payment is received; if you cancel, the refund follows the cancellation policy.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation with a 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival and a 50% refund from 29 to 14 days before; no refund less than 14 days before or in case of no-show.
How much is the tourist tax?
In 2026 it ranges from €4.00 to €7.00 per person per night, depending on the price per person per night. Exemptions include residents of the City of Bologna and children under 14. Details.
What documents do I need?
A valid ID document for each guest: by Italian law we register guests' details with the police (article 109 of the Consolidated Public Security Act).
